May 20, 2021

Join us as we sit down and have a chat with one of the Blockpass team to find out about them, their work, and their thoughts on blockchain technology.

Where are you from and where do you live now?

Originally I lived in a small province in Central Highland Vietnam and I now live in Ho Chi Minh city

What is your work background and how did you first get involved in Blockpass?

I finished my Bachelor degree in 2018 and started working as P.A for a company’s chairman. I spent one and a half years in Israel studying/working in agriculture where I continuously improved my knowledge before returning to Vietnam and joining Blockpass.

What is your role at Blockpass and what does a typical day look like?

I’m a Compliance Administrator so I stick my eyes to computer screens most of my day. Together with my colleagues, I monitor daily eKYC activities, carry out regular compliance checks, send out support tickets to users in need, coordinate with other departments for the compliance policy and product developments and report daily to our CEO about operations in the company.

What is something you’ve been proud of whilst working at Blockpass?

It’s splendid to see how our products are shaped and continuously adapting to customer’s needs. Blockpass always strives to become better so I’m proud to be a part of Blockpass.

What do you think blockchain or crypto’s biggest potential is?

Blockchain offers a tremendous level of security; I think that’s it's biggest potential.

Where do you see the industry headed over the next 5 years?

New ways of utilizing blockchain emerge every day and could integrate with our lives extremely smoothly, so maybe in 5 years everyone will be a part of blockchain without realizing how important it is.

Which hobby or activity are you particularly enjoying at the moment and why?

I love the smell of printed books and I try to immerse myself in them whenever I have free time. I personally think it is a way to block myself from negativities :)

If you could spend a day with anyone, real or fictional, who would it be and why?

I would love to spend a day with my younger self and I would make sure to bring the Sports Almanac with me.
